Bananacado Breakfast

This is the best quick + simple breakfast (or snack) when you are crunched for time or while travelling. When Ryland was just under a year old, we travelled to Australia, New Zealand and throughout Europe with him. This was super easy to make on the go or even in a restaurant (just ask for a banana + an avocado and bring a bag of Baby Brain Organics along during your travels).

1/2 an avocado
1 Banana
1 tbsp of Baby Brain Organics (either the Baby or Kids is great!)

optional- add 3 tsp of nut butter

Use a fork to mash up the mixture and eat! Simple, easy and super quick.
