Dinosaur Smoothie

*As seen in Simply Gluten-Free Magazine

  • Bone Broth (or veggie broth if preferred). You may need to adjust amount based on your preference for thickness.

  • 2 cups of steamed cauliflower (cooled)

  • 1 cup butternut squash (cooked & cubed)

  • 2-3 bananas (based on how sweet you prefer)

  • 1 pear

  • unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or milk of preference)

  • 1-2 tbsp of Baby Brain Organics (either kids or baby)

  • optional- 1-2 dates for added sweetness


    In a vitamix or blender, blend all ingredients. You can also add a few ice cubes and blend for a chilled smoothie.
